The present Policy governs the withdrawal and return procedure of all purchases made through the Website.
By browsing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Withdrawal and Return Policy.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DISTANCE SALES)

In accordance with Law 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which they, or a third party indicated by them (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty, subject to the exceptions below.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products manufactured or modified according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (“custom-made items”);
  • Earrings, for reasons of health protection and hygiene, once their packaging has been opened after delivery;
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must explicitly notify FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY of their decision to withdraw from the contract before the expiry of the 14-day period by sending a clear written statement (e.g. by email to info@finesparklesjewellery.gr). The consumer may use the statutory withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.

Refund Procedure:

  • FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY shall refund all payments received from the consumer, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the date on which we are informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw.
  • The refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received and examined to confirm that they are in the same condition as at the time of dispatch.
  • Refunds shall be made using the same means of payment as the one used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise.
  • No fees shall be charged to the consumer for the reimbursement.

The consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product or the price of the order exceeded €50.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE

Following examination of the returned products, returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn and in a condition suitable for resale;
  • Be in perfect condition, without damage or signs of use;
  • Be returned in their original packaging, including all accompanying accessories, tags and documentation.

The consumer must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which they notified FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY reserves the right to refuse or partially accept returns that:

  • Are sent outside the statutory return deadline;
  • Are damaged, used, altered or incomplete;
  • Do not comply with the return conditions set out herein.

This is without prejudice to the consumer’s statutory rights in cases of defective or non-conforming goods.
