These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Website and all purchases made through it. By browsing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Eligibility – User Obligations

By using the Website, you declare that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
  • You provide true, accurate and complete information
  • You will not use the Website unlawfully or abusively

FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.

3. Personal Data

Personal data are processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Providing certain personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the sales contract.

4. Product Information & Availability

All products are described as accurately as possible. Images are indicative; minor variations may occur (e.g. color, texture).

Product availability is subject to stock. Items placed in the shopping cart are not reserved until the order is completed. FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY reserves the right to withdraw or modify products at any time.

5. Custom-Made / Made-to-Order Products

Products marked as “Custom Order” and/or produced specifically upon customer request are manufactured or modified according to customer instructions.

  • They are not subject to the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU
  • They are non-returnable unless defective
  • Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected

6. Order Process & Conclusion of Contract

An order constitutes the consumer’s intention to purchase (purchase offer). The sales contract is concluded only upon written shipment confirmation sent by email from FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY.

FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY reserves the right to reject or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or quality control issues. Any payment received will be refunded in full.

7. Prices & Taxes

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include Greek VAT
  • Custom orders and additional services require written price confirmation
  • Shipping costs are indicated separately
  • Orders exceeding €50 qualify for free shipping
  • For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer

8. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Debit / Credit Card
  • Instant Payment
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Box Now Pay on the Go

Payments are processed exclusively by certified providers. FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY does not store card details.

9. Order Cancellation / Modification Before Dispatch

Cancellations or modifications may be requested until shipment confirmation by emailing
info@finesparklesjewellery.gr.

After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible; statutory withdrawal rights apply.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Pyrgos and/or Athens, Greece.

  • Greece: 3–7 working days
  • EU Member States: 3–10 working days
  • International: 5–10 working days

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon delivery.

11. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)

In accordance with Law 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Earrings once packaging has been opened
  • Sealed hygiene-related goods once unsealed

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY in writing before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days using the original payment method. The consumer bears return costs unless the product is defective or the order exceeded €50.

12. Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in perfect condition
  • Include original packaging and all accessories

Items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of withdrawal notification. FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions, without prejudice to statutory rights.
