These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Website and all purchases made through it.
By browsing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY – USER OBLIGATIONS

By using the Website, you declare that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
  • You provide true, accurate and complete information;
  • You will not use the Website unlawfully or abusively.

FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.

3. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data are processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Providing certain personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the sales contract.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

  • All products are described as accurately as possible.
  • Images are indicative; minor variations may occur (e.g. color, texture).
  • Product availability is subject to stock.
  • Items placed in the shopping cart are not reserved until the order is completed.

FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY reserves the right to withdraw or modify products at any time.

5. CUSTOM-MADE / MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Products marked as “Custom Order” and/or produced specifically upon customer request:

  • Are not subject to the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU;
  • Are non-returnable unless defective;
  • Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

6. ORDER PROCESS & CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

An order constitutes a purchase offer. The sales contract is concluded only upon written confirmation of shipment sent by email from FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY.

FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY reserves the right to:

  • Reject an order;
  • Cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or quality control issues.

In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.

7. PRICES & TAXES

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include Greek VAT;
  • Custom orders and additional services (e.g. ring resizing) require written price confirmation prior to execution;
  • Shipping costs are indicated separately;
  • Orders exceeding €50 qualify for free shipping;
  • For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply and are borne by the customer.

8. PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted payment methods:

  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Instant Payment
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Box Now Pay on the Go

Payment processing is handled exclusively by certified providers.
FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY does not store payment card details.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION BEFORE DISPATCH

Cancellation or modification requests may be submitted only until shipment confirmation by emailing:

After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible; statutory withdrawal rights apply instead.

10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from Pyrgos and/or Athens, Greece.

Indicative delivery times:

  • Greece: 3–7 working days
  • EU Member States: 3–10 working days
  • International: 5–10 working days

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our control (customs, weather, force majeure).
Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon delivery.

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DISTANCE SALES)

In accordance with Law 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which they, or a third party indicated by them (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods, without providing any reason and without penalty, subject to the exceptions below.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or clearly personalised products;
  • Earrings, for health protection and hygiene reasons, once opened;
  • Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (Article 16, Directive 2011/83/EU).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY before expiry of the 14-day period by sending a clear written statement via email to info@finesparklesjewellery.gr.

Refund Procedure:

  • Refund of all payments, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of withdrawal notification;
  • Refund may be withheld until returned goods are received and examined;
  • Refund via the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed);
  • No reimbursement fees charged;
  • The consumer bears return shipping cost unless the item is defective, incorrect, or the order exceeded €50.

12. RETURNS

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unworn;
  • Be in perfect resale condition;
  • Include original packaging, accessories, tags and documentation.

Goods must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the withdrawal notification.

FINE SPARKLES JEWELLERY reserves the right to refuse or partially accept returns that:

  • Are sent outside the statutory deadline;
  • Are damaged, used, altered or incomplete;
  • Do not comply with the return conditions above.

This does not affect statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.
